Estimator - Decorating & Passive Fire

A well-established and growing construction contractor specialising in decorating and passive fire protection is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their London team.

This is a key role within the business, working closely with directors and operations to price and secure a strong pipeline of projects across London.

🔧 The Role:

* Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for decorating & passive fire projects

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

* Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams

* Attending site visits where required

* Assisting in value engineering and cost planning

✅ Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator within construction

* Ideally experience in decorating, painting, or passive fire protection

* Strong understanding of pricing and tender processes

* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple tenders at once
