Vivo Recruit have a great employment opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis in London. Our client is a well - established main contractor with over 80 years of trading and have built up a high class reputation in the market.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be managing costs and budgets of various construction projects within all industries. We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in the London market with strong residential (new-build and traditional) and commercial experience. Previous experience working on a project with value up to £15m is essential.

You must have the ability to remeasure accounts on all trades and be able to produce a bill of quantities from drawings regardless of the methos of measurements.

In return our client is offering you a £60,000 - £70,000 salary with a rewarding and beneficial package to match.
