Class People is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Gloucester and the surrounding Gloucestershire area. With the new academic year starting September 2025, we have a variety of day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities in EYFS and KS1.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS and KS1
• Managing classroom behaviour and following school safeguarding policies
• Adapting quickly to new school environments and routines
• Marking and assessing pupils’ work according to school guidelines
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Recent UK classroom experience in EYFS and KS1

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
