Description

Build and manage a full recruitment desk (client + candidate side)

Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and market research

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Take and manage job briefs from clients

Source, screen, and interview candidates for vacancies

Write and post job adverts across platforms

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from brief to placement

Prepare and brief candidates for interviews

Handle offer negotiation and contract arrangements

Meet and exceed KPIs (calls, interviews, placements, revenue)

Track all activity in the CRM/database

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Provide a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates

Profile

Results-driven and target-focused with a proven track record in recruitment or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and candidate relationships

Confident negotiator and influencer, able to close deals effectively

Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining motivation

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and online job boards

Demonstrates a consultative approach, understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passionate about recruitment and keen to develop professionally within the industry
