Quantity Surveyor - Surrey

PSR Solutions are currently assisting a multi-disciplinary medium sized main contractor in their search for a Quantity Surveyor.

Our client work within the education, commercial, healthcare, retail & leisure sectors and deliver a mixture of new build, refurbishment and fit out schemes.

This opportunity will be covering a scheme in Surrey.

Job role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Surrey

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience)

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

Prepare tender and contract documents.
Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc.
Undertake cost analysis.
Arrange payments and value completed works.Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills:

Strong communication skills
Experience working for a main contractor
Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
Knowledge of construction and commercial awarenessThis is a great opportunity for an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to get more experience in the industry.
