Our role will enable you to:

Develop the compliance policy framework and other key tasks to implement key obligations for the team.
Support the Compliance Transformation efforts including identifying potential efficiencies in processes and helping to document roles and responsibilities to meet the Compliance mandate.
Drive Compliance initiatives which would have a positive impact on the Compliance Department to enhance operational efficiencies

Profile

A successful VP Compliance Policy and Governance should have:

Experience of assessing and implementing regulatory change, compliance risk, framework management or advisory
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills influencing across departments as well as managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Ability to deliver tasks, projects, and assignments within deadlines and to the desired standards
Project based experience within an area of regulatory complianceJob Offer
