Contract Embedded Software Engineer - Berkshire (£#removed#/day, 3-6 Months)

We're hiring an experienced Embedded Software Engineer for a 3-6 month contract based in Berkshire, paying £#removed#/day.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop firmware for ARM Cortex-based MCUs (STM32, TMS570, nRF52, NXP).

*

Create low-level drivers and integrate with custom hardware.

*

Work with RTOS (e.g. FreeRTOS), OTA updates, cloud platforms, and embedded Linux.

*

Implement GUI (TouchGFX, QT) and FPGA solutions.

*

Ensure compliance with IEC 62304 and other standards.

Requirements:

Strong embedded C/C++ experience.

Proficiency with tools like CCS, IAR, Keil, Eclipse.

Solid understanding of embedded systems, drivers, and real-time development.

Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
