It is going to be beneficial if you are able to deal with SDLT returns, Land Registry Requirements and complete ID checks.This is an excellent career opportunity and on a day to day basis this role will consist of assisting a fee earner in dealing with the Sales and Purchase of Residential Property from initiation to completion.
