Our client is looking for a highly competent Site Agent to join their team on a key phase of the Sizewell C nuclear power station construction. You will be leading a civils package on-site and ensuring safe and efficient delivery in a complex, high-security environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Managing all on-site activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Leading teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Overseeing programme delivery, reporting, and resource planning

Attending client/site meetings and coordinating with project stakeholders

Monitoring and enforcing HSEQ policies on-site

🪪 Job Requirements:

Strong background in managing civil engineering projects, ideally within nuclear, power, or major infrastructure

SMSTS & CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred)

Experience with RAMS, permits, and temporary works

Prior Sizewell C or similar high-security site experience is advantageous

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
