Are you a recently qualified teacher eager to start your teaching journey? Staff for Education are currently seeking an Early Careers Teacher for a primary school in the Newark area. This role would be due to start in May 2025.

As an ECT, your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to meet the needs of all students
• Participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities
• Monitoring and assessing pupils progress
• Working collaboratively with staff
• Confidently managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive environment

To be successful for the role you must;
• Have QTS/other recognised teaching qualification or is in the process of completing their ECT year
• Be committed to delivering high standards of teaching and improving student outcomes
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Adaptable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally
• Flexible and open to teaching in different schools and settings
