We're Hiring Furnace Operators!

Are you physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a hands-on, industrial role?

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading international manufacturing company as Furnace Operators. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance and attention to safety.

As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in:

* Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces in a manufacturing environment

* Loading and unloading heavy materials and products

* Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines.

* Adhering to health and safety regulations.

Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

What We're Looking For:

* Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings.

* Good physical strength and stamina - this role involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods

* Willingness to work in high-temperature environments

* Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.

* Good communication skills..

* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team.

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Shift Pattern - Weekly Alternating:

Week 1:

* Mon-Thurs: 6:00am-2:00pm

* Fri: 6:00am-11:00am

Week 2:

* Mon-Thurs: 2:00pm-10:00pm

* Fri: 11:00am-4:00pm

Pay Rate:

£13.26 per hour
