They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to work on a range of mixed-use and student accommodation projects for their Nottingham offices.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Manage and deliver on various projects within the residential sector
• Prepare and submit UK building regulation packages and planning applications
• Attend site visits and ensure technical compliance of projects
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a technician
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience working on residential projects
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driver's license
• Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
