Are you looking for an IT support role in a dynamic and friendly environment?
This is a 1st/2nd Line Support role based in Leeds. You will be responsible for providing IT support to staff across various UK offices, as well as completing IT maintenance and other support tasks.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week on site and 2 days working from home. The initial contract is for 3 months (with the possibility of extension). The day rate is up to £200 per day (inside IR35).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organisational skills- Microsoft Office Troubleshooting- Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting- Windows Server Troubleshooting- Excellent communication skills- Customer Service Experience- Administering and supporting o365 (Exchange/Azure AD/Endpoint)- ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience- On Prem AD administration- Backup solutions- Networking infrastructures and cable management
