You are not one to wait until you are in the midst of a storm to act. You ensure the best possible care for our clients and outcome for our business by always looking ahead, making decisions, and taking action. You anticipate, identify, and correct any system or process breakdowns in order to ensure as smooth sailing as possible. You don't play around with the health and safety of our crew and guests!

You ensure our facility is kept in tip-top condition through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, prompt repairs, effective security measures, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation requirements. You are a hands-on leader. You never hesitate to jump right in and perform any job when the need arises. You will do whatever it takes to facilitate our continued success. It takes a lot for our human clients to trust us with their beloved pets. But thanks to your excellent leadership, they can and they do!
