Teaching Assistant - 1:1 SEND Support (Oldham)

Are you an experienced and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new role? Tradewind is recruiting for a dedicated TA to provide 1:1 support for a child with complex SEND needs at a Primary School in Oldham.

• Location: Primary School in Oldham

• Start Date: Immediate

• Contract: Full-time, long-term

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a child with complex SEND needs

• Implement strategies to support learning, development, and independence

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt activities and resources

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

• Experience supporting children with complex SEND needs

• Patient, caring, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
