Boutique fitness studio based in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time customer experience coordinator. Looking for an enthusiastic candidate that is excited about wellness, fitness and customer service. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and check in clients using MindBody software
Provide high quality customer service and assist with any and all client issues
Manage and maintain studio presentation
Serve as a brand expert and ambassador
Manage all client communications (responding to voicemails, emails, etc.)
Assist in shooting social media content
Experience working with MindBody or a similar booking software is required
Maintains a positive attitude, is hard working, proactive and friendly
Passionate and interested in health and wellness
Strong leaderships and communication skills
Excellent customer service
Ability to problem solve on the fly
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and take criticism
LEKfit is a dance-inspired fitness method founded by celebrity fitness instructor Lauren Kleban. LEKfit is designed to create long and lean muscles by using intervals of low impact, high intensity, fat burning cardio with muscle sculpting techniques created to strengthen and tone. LEKfit offers classes Monday through Sunday in it's LA Studio and also offers monthly memberships to it's online streaming platform LEKfit On Demand.
