Job Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Wirral
Salary: £80-£95 per day
Contract: Part time, long term

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to play a key part in their early education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be a valued member of the classroom team, helping to create a positive, supportive learning enviroment where every child feels encouraged and included,

What we are looking for:

*

Someone who can follow the teacher's lead, but also use their initiative when needed.

*

Experience working with children in a school setting is helpful, but not essential.

*

Someone who's caring, calm and good at building positive relationships with children.

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Confidence supporting groups or individual pupils under the teacher's guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities.

*

Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils who may need additional help.

*

Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive behaviour strategies

*

Collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure students receive the best possible educational experience.

*

Assist with administration tasks, such as record keeping, displays, etc!

*

Commitment to the safeguarding process (DBS check is mandatory).
