Job Title: Support Worker (Hyde)

Location: Hyde

Salary: £12.60 - £13.50 per hour

Hours: Flexible (Early shifts 7:30am – 3:00pm, Long days 7:30am – 9:30pm, or Wake Night shifts)

DBS Required: Yes (Children & Adults DBS)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Hyde. The role involves working with children and adults, providing essential care and support throughout the day and night. Shifts include early starts (7am), long days, and waking nights. Ideal candidates will have flexibility to work a variety of shifts and be committed to improving the lives of those in need of support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in a residential or community setting.
• Support with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Work with individuals who may have physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, or other complex needs.
• Follow care plans and ensure the highest standard of care at all times.
• Be available for early, late, and waking night shifts.
