In this Private Wealth Senior Associate role, you will manage a varied caseload while building trusted relationships with clients and supporting the development of junior team members. You will work within a collaborative, inclusive environment, with access to high-quality work and long-term career progression.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
- Advising clients with clarity and empathy, often during sensitive circumstances
- Supervising and mentoring Associates, Solicitors, and trainees
- Supporting marketing and business development activities to grow the team's presence
We're Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in Private Wealth or Private Client law
- Around 7+ years' experience managing your own caseload, or ready to step into a Senior Associate role
- Confident communicator with a client-focused, empathetic approach
- Interest or experience in business development and relationship building
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for supporting clients and colleagues
