Dee View Court Neurological Care Centre is a specialist neurological service in Aberdeen, providing expert neurorehabilitation and long term care for 44 residents with complex needs. The home offers a clinically led yet homely environment, where a skilled multidisciplinary team supports individuals with brain injuries and neurological conditions to maximise independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN

• £17.79 to £18.80 per hour (depending on experience)
• 37.5 hours per week
• Shift pattern: 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM
• 30 minute paid break per shift plus two 15 minute unpaid breaks
• Paid PVG, pension scheme, free uniform and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
• Ongoing clinical development within a supportive multidisciplinary team

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high quality clinical care within a specialist neurological environment, supporting residents with complex needs. You will lead shifts, ensuring care is delivered safely, consistently and in line with best clinical practice.

You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, medication management and monitoring residents' physical and neurological needs. Your role will support both rehabilitation and long term care, promoting dignity, comfort and individual outcomes.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, families and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care. You will also support and guide care staff, maintaining high standards and contributing to a positive and professional environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• A calm, compassionate and professional approach
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in neurorehabilitation or complex care is desirable but not essential
