* Experience in leading a production team.
* Experience of assisting and developing (multi-skilled) people.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
* Knowledge of environmental ISO14001
* Knowledge of Quality standard ISO9001
* Understanding of production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap, and re-work
