MRI/CT Radiographer – Full TimeLocation: SomersetSalary: £37,856 – £46,326Type: Permanent, Full Time (with on-call commitment)The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced and flexible MRI/CT Radiographer to join a well-established imaging department in Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled radiographer to become part of a supportive and friendly team delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging in a busy clinical setting.The department primarily performs musculoskeletal, neurological, and body imaging, with additional responsibilities across general radiography including plain film and theatre imaging.Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI and CT examinations to a high clinical standard
• Support general radiographic duties including plain X-ray and image intensifier work in theatre
• Collaborate closely with consultant radiologists and the wider clinical team
• Participate in the on-call rota and weekend working
• Maintain high levels of patient care and comfort during procedures
• Accurately complete imaging documentation and reports

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
• Proven experience in cross-sectional imaging (MRI and CT)
• Competence in general X-ray and theatre imaging desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A flexible, proactive approach to service delivery
• DBS clearance required
