Monday - Friday: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Due to ongoing business growth and evolving operational needs, we are looking to recruit a Site Demand Manager to work within our busy Supply Chain function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Demand Manager to join a UK powerhouse, a major force in their industry who can adapt someone's career due to unlimited training being available.

You will lead demand planning activities across multiple divisions, manage a small team of 3 and drive continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy, stock flow, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have substantial supply chain experience across forecasting, planning or inbound supply, combined with strong leadership capability. You should be confident in influencing stakeholders, driving change, and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Role:
*Site Demand Manager within a leading manufacturer
*Leading a small team and improving demand planning processes
*Full ownership of forecasting across multiple customer divisions
*Working from a single site (static), Monday-Friday and having hybrid working model

The Candidate:
*Strong background in forecasting, production planning, buying, or inbound supply
*Experienced people manager with proven leadership skills
*Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (D365 preferred) and Power BI
*Excellent Excel skills and commercial awareness
*Adaptable, collaborative, and confident in delivering change
