What You'll Be Doing:
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operating bending machinery, tools, and equipment safely and according to instructions.
Engaging in physical and manual work, including the movement and lifting of steel bars.
prioritising and completing production activities efficiently.
Setting up or adjusting equipment based on manufacturing specifications.
Monitoring the quality of output, ensuring any faulty products are identified and addressed.
Maintaining accurate daily production records to facilitate performance analysis.
Using measuring tapes with precision.
Operating overhead cranes (training will be provided!).

What We're Looking For:

This role involves heavy lifting and manual labour in a steel production environment, so a strong physical ability is essential.
While steel or production experience is not necessary, experience in labouring or construction is a significant advantage.
A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude are crucial for success in this role.
Full training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for your tasks.
