Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage schedules for inbound and outbound linehaul operations.

Freight Management: Oversee import/export activities, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

Carrier Liaison: Communicate with transport providers to optimize routes, costs, and delivery timelines.

Operational Support: Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and proactively manage delays or disruptions.

Cost & Efficiency: Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and minimize transport costs.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including customs documentation, freight invoices, and performance reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including warehouse teams and customer service, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
