Overview We are currently seeking a DLR operative to join our team at Westferry DLR Station. As a DLR operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Docklands Light Railway system.

Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring the DLR trains and platforms at Westferry DLR Station
Assisting passengers with ticketing, information, and any inquiries
Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and staff
Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks as required
Responding to emergencies and incidents in a prompt and professional mannerQualifications
Previous experience in a similar role within the transportation industry is preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
