We are seeking to appoint an 3rd Line IT Engineer to join an established well know brand to provide Support at a 3rd line level. . Based 3 days a week on site you will be surrounded by industry leading professionals that will be able to coach and mentor for further career development in an organisation that is on a digital transformation journey. This position would suite someone looking to further their career in a 3rd line capacity and to gain more exposure to technologies at this level.
Working with industry leading software and tools you will be able to be as efficient as possible whilst helping to resolve technical issues. You will be able to develop your technical skills in a supportive environment.

You will be a problem solver. This will be varied and challenging. You will use technology to enable business and solve issues.
Skills & Experience
* Competent and experienced with various types of IT hardware and software including Server management through Azure.
* Knowledge and experience in technologies such as Microsoft 365 using Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
* Experience with MS Azure, Azure AD etc
* Familiar with a job/ticket management system and the ability to accurately log down information and record time spent.
* Comfortable dealing with Microsoft Server operating systems and an ability to diagnose and resolve issues with these.
* Ability to take on the challenge of escalated support tickets with confidence to provide efficient resolutions to problems.
* Experience with scoping and implementing IT solutions.
* Understanding of Cyber Security risks and mitigation techniques.
