Architectural Technologist

Location: Manchester

Salary: £40,000 to £48,000

An opportunity has opened for an Architectural Technologist to join a design practice in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience within Architectural design who will have received a Part III Architecture qualification and will have key experience in Revit.

Architectural Technologist Key Skills:

* Fully qualified Architect having completed Architecture Part III

* Design experience in Revit

* Knowledge of design of building regulations drawings

* Excellent planning policies and regulations experience

* Confident with speaking with clients

Architectural Technologist Responsibilities:

* Working with the rest of the design team on new and existing projects

* Designing existing and new project architecture drawings

* Working on commercial and residential projects

* Using Revit and other CAD tools

* Ensuring designs meet planning policies and building regulations

* Liaising with consultants to ensure standards are met
