Registered Manager - Ofsted (LD/EBD Homes) - Lancashire
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience and home type)
Location: Across Lancashire (EBD and LD homes available)

Are you an experienced leader ready to make a real difference in children's lives? We're seeking Ofsted Registered Managers to join established providers operating high-quality children's homes across Lancashire. Both EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) and LD (Learning Disabilities) homes are available, with support from strong senior teams and stable placements.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and manage a 3+ bed children's home in line with Ofsted regulations

*

Ensure a child-centred, therapeutic, and safe environment

*

Oversee staff training, and development

*

Deliver positive outcomes for children through robust care planning

*

Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and company policies

*

Build positive relationships with external professionals and families

Requirements:

*

Must have 2+ years of recent experience working in a children's residential setting in a supervisory or management role

*

NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) - essential

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards) - preferred

*

Sound knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, Reg 44, and quality standards

*

Strong leadership, communication, and safeguarding knowledge

*

Able to lead with passion, resilience, and commitment to child welfare
