Job Description

Telephone Information Specialist

Location: Gloucestershire

Profile: A permanent position with a regular working pattern and opportunity to join growing company

Salary: £22720 per annum pro rata as this is a part time opportunity plus benefits, including pension, private healthcare scheme and a generous holiday allocation

Hours: Mon- Fri Part Time 18 -30 hours - 6 hour shifts between 07.45am - 8.15pm

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Citizens' Advice / NACAB training plus two years post qualification experience or equivalent.
  • Recent Legal/Law Graduates backgrounds considered for trainee opportunities
  • Experience of delivering information services in a professional setting
  • Experience of debt advice work is highly desirable.
