We're on the lookout for a driven, outgoing, and confident Telesales Representative to join our growing team! You'll be helping us grow by generating leads, booking appointments, and supporting key client accounts - all while smashing your targets 💥

✨ What you'll be doing:
📞 Outbound calling (cold & warm) - booking quality appointments
📲 Handling inbound calls professionally
🧠 Crafting smart pitches for different industries
📈 Managing CRM data accurately
🤝 Working with marketing to support campaigns
🏆 Smashing KPIs & helping the team win together

💡 What we're looking for:
✅ Previous telesales experience (a bonus, but not essential)
🗣️ Top-notch communication skills
🧊 Cool under pressure & great with objections
💻 Confident using CRM & sales software
🚘 Full UK driving licence & own vehicle - a must!
