We are working with a lovely, welcoming secondary school in Abergavenny who are seeking a compassionate, patient and motivated Secondary Support Worker / Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16. Many of these students face learning, emotional or behavioural challenges and benefit from additional guidance, encouragement and consistency.

No previous school experience is required — your transferable skills matter.

  • Graduates in Psychology, Education, Social Sciences or Performing Arts

  • Act as a positive and consistent role model
