Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Salisbury

An established and friendly Wiltshire law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, either non-qualified but experienced or qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its thriving conveyancing team in Salisbury.

Your Role:

• Handle a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages and new builds
• Collaborate with a supportive team to drive growth within the department
• Deliver exceptional client service at a well-respected firm

What You’ll Need:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer OR
• An experienced Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
