We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work in a beautiful nursing home in Ebbw Vale. The home is ideally situated in the pleasant area of Ebbw Vale and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This bright and friendly home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere to the staff, residents and their families. The home boasts excellent facilities and a range of activities for the residents to enjoy at their leisure. There are also beautifully landscaped gardens for the residents to relax and unwind. Staff morale at the home is high and we are looking for a caring Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading, forward-thinking, healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes in Ebbw Vale. The service provides person centred care to the elderly, including residents with head/ brain injury, hearing and visual impairments. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager to join. The Home Manager is looking for the Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
