M&A Tax Senior Manager - Glasgow/Edinburgh

Our client, a Leading advisory firm is looking to hire a highly motivated M&A / Corproate Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role is perfect for an experienced Manager who are looking for a change into a fast growing team or a strong experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the step up.

The role involves providing expert tax advisory services on Corporate tax including complex Private Equity M&A transactions, Buy/sell due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration. The team also works really closely to their counterparts in other locations across the UK so you will be working on projects for London clients as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of corporate and M&A tax advisory
• Delivery of corporate tax compliance process
• Management of client engagements.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Contribution to business development activities.

Candidate Profile:

• ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
• M&A tax experience within a professional services environment would be ideal.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
