The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in managing the rental process from start to finish. You'll build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, match the right people with the right properties, and help maintain our reputation for excellence in the lettings market.

Key Responsibilities:

Register and qualify new applicants

Arrange and conduct property viewings

*

Advise landlords and tenants on the letting process and market conditions

*

Negotiate offers and agree tenancies

*

Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly

*

Liaise with landlords, tenants, and property management to ensure smooth move-ins

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants

*

Achieve and exceed individual and team targets

Requirements:

Previous experience in a lettings or sales role (property experience preferred but not essential)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

*

Confident, presentable, and well-organised

*

Target-driven with a positive attitude

*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*

A valid UK driving licence (ideal, not essential for central London roles)
