Private Client / Personal Tax Senior Associate - Oxford - Up to £50,000Location: Oxford (next to the train station) - Hybrid working available

You'll join a growing, tech-enabled private client tax team based in central Oxford - working across a high-quality portfolio of individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurs. It's a mix of hands-on compliance, tax planning exposure, and trusted advisor work.

What the role looks like:

• Manage your own portfolio of personal tax clients

• Prepare and review self-assessment returns

• Monitor WIP, billing, and spot opportunities for added value

• Handle CGT and IHT queries, with growing involvement in tax planning

• Support junior team members and work closely with managers/directors

• Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients

What you'll bring:

• ATT, ACCA, ACA or equivalent experience (qualified or part-qualified)

• At least 2 years in practice, ideally with private client exposure

• Solid understanding of UK personal tax rules

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning

• Ambition to build your advisory skills and develop your career
