Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate – Birmingham Top Tier UK Law Firm Salary £55,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)  My client, a top-tier UK law firm and they are looking to recruit a Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate (2–5 years PQE) to join its team in Birmingham.  Why Join?  Due to ongoing growth, the firm is looking to add to its clinical negligence team. You will be joining a team that handles some of the most complex, high-value cases in the country, acting for clients such as NHS Resolution and private healthcare providers. My client is also happy to consider a claimant solicitor looking to move into a defendant role.  What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Running your own caseload of fast-track and multi-track defendant clinical negligence files 
• Assisting Partners on high-value and complex claims, often valued in the millions 
• Working closely with clients to providing strategic advice 

Ideal Candidate: 

• 2–5 years PQE with experience in clinical negligence 
• Confident managing your own caseload and contributing to high-value cases 

 Salary & Benefits: 

• £55,000 DOE 
• Hybrid working (2 days in the office / 3 days from home, with court appearances office-based)
