Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various business areas, ensuring a seamless and legal recruitment process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
Proactively source and pool candidates using direct sourcing methods, including social networks, job boards, and referrals.
Keep abreast of market trends and provide strategic advice on effective attraction and sourcing strategies.
Screen applications and candidates, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience and engagement.
Support hiring managers in executing structured selection activities that reflect the company's culture.
Utilise online recruitment systems and contribute to system updates and enhancements.

Job Requirements:

Experience in in-house or agency recruitment, covering various functions and levels.
Proficiency in structured interview techniques and direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn and CV databases.
Strong ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
Effective communication skills adaptable to various audience needs.
Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment market trends and external factors affecting candidate needs and business challenges.
Strong planning, organising, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Calm and confident approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good influencing and negotiation abilities.
