The Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Repair Engineer to join our Operations Team. You'll be responsible for servicing and repairing assistive equipment such as:

Ceiling hoists
*
Height-adjustable baths and basins
*
Changing couches
*
Other specialist mobility equipment
You'll work across diverse environments and ensure all work meets manufacturer and regulatory standards.
What You'll Do
*
Complete service and repair tasks to a high standard
*
Maintain van stock and drive safely
*
Communicate effectively with clients
*
Record work using our ERP system (Simpro)
*
Respond to emergency repairs
*
Share best practices and support team training
What We're Looking For
✅ Ability to follow service instructions and wiring diagrams
✅ Fault-finding skills using electrical test meters
✅ Experience with power tools and working safely at height
✅ Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
✅ Positive, proactive attitude
✅ PASMA, SSSP, CITB, or IPAF certifications (training available)
✅ Basic IT skills and tablet use
✅ Full UK driving licence & Enhanced DBS check
✅ Physically fit and able to work independently
✅ Experience with mobility equipment (preferred)
