Your Role
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate data across core systems.
- Preparing fee calculations and raising invoices for clients and providers.
- Liaising with third-party providers to obtain valuations and complete instructions.
- Tracking progress and resolving issues to meet service standards.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Previous experience in wealth management administration or financial services administration is ideal.
