To support our growing business, Magdalene have a rare and exciting opportunity, to recruit a Executive assistant to support our executive management team in the UK.

What will you be doing?

The role is responsible for providing a high level of confidential support to the Executive Management Team to ensure that the team is able to operate as efficiently as possible.

The role will be part of a wider team including Fleet and Reception and will be responsible for helping to identify and implement improvements through process changes and IT systems.

Magdalene operates as a Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services. Covering the full network lifecycle, we deliver Managed Services and Projects for both fixed and mobile infrastructure networks across the operator and utility markets.

What will your key responsibilities be?

* Diary management for the Managing Director

* Acting as a point of contact for the Managing Director and other members of the Executive Management team

* Co-ordination of all meetings, both internal and external

* Minute taking / action logging and distributing them accordingly

* Prepare all meeting agendas / presentations / Board packs and action log updates

* Book and manage all travel for the Executive Management Team

* Co-ordinate events i.e. Managers Business Review, All Staff Communications and Christmas Parties

* Co-ordinate all Executive Management Team 1:1s on a quarterly basis

* Liaise with M Group Services marketing team for website updates, news releases and marketing collateral

* Prepare draft reports and communications on behalf of the Managing Director

* Co-ordinate all holiday for the Executive Management Team

* Relationship building with both internal (Magdalene, division and group) and external clients and key suppliers

* Be part of the Incident Management Team (Business Continuity)

* Any other duties as may reasonably apply

What competencies are we looking for?

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular power point, outlook and word.

* Excellent communication skills.

* High ability to work within a team.

* Ability to work with all levels of an organisation
