As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple fit-out projects at a time, ensuring that all works are being completed to budget, deadlines and quality expectations.

What are we looking for?

* Ideall, prior experience working as a Contracts Manager, in a leisure / hospitality fit out project

* Level 7 in Construction Management

* SMSTS

* A Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, looking to take a step up in their career with a background in commercial fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing all health and safety requirments across multiple sites

* Liaise with clients to update them on project progression, challenges or successes.

* Management of site staff, ideally on commercial fit out projects.

* In charge of all PC and handover needs on projects.
