Production Maintenance Engineer

Location: Sittingbourne | Hours: Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a skilled Production Maintenance Engineer to join a busy team. You'll take charge of keeping production equipment running smoothly, carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and helping improve machine performance.

What you'll do:

Maintain and repair production equipment.
Develop and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot faults and minimise downtime.
Keep accurate maintenance records and manage essential spare parts.
Work safely and ensure all equipment meets health & safety standards.
Support training of new team members and assist during absences or peak periods.Skills & experience:

Engineering apprenticeship or HNC.
Multi-skilled in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
3+ years' experience in a maintenance team.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems and industrial automation.Desirable: experience with robot programming
