Job Title: Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £35-45,000 DOE

We are working with a well-established architectural practice with a strong national presence, currently looking to appoint an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Milton Keynes team. The practice has a long-standing relationship with a major UK supermarket chain, delivering a consistent pipeline of retail projects across the country. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, working on fast-paced, high-volume schemes with real responsibility and client exposure.

Daily Duties

• Producing detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
• Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 3-6
• Working on retail schemes for a major supermarket client
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Attending client and site meetings where required
• Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards

Ideal Candidate

• Intermediate or Senior level with strong UK project experience
• Proficient in Revit (essential)
• Solid experience in technical delivery and detailing
• Previous retail or rollout project experience is advantageous
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and construction processes
• Able to manage workload across multiple projects
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
