You'll work closely with experienced supervisors and legal professionals, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Full training is provided, and there are clear prospects for career progression within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit client correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings and trial submissions
  • Liaise with clients, defendants' representatives, and third parties via phone, email, and in-person
  • Attend trials and hearings alongside Counsel
  • Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
  • Support senior team members across a wide range of legal tasks
  • Manage case logistics, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks

What You'll Need

  • Law degree (LLB or MSc)
  • Proven experience in a Paralegal role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling large volumes of data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Friendly, confident personality and a collaborative mindset
  • Desirable (but not essential):
  • At least one year's experience as a Paralegal
  • Experience in file handling and legal caseload management
  • Familiarity with financial mis-selling claims

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £24,200 DOE following a six-month probation
  • 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays
  • A modern, centrally located office with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere
  • Ongoing training and personal development support
  • Clear opportunities for career progression
  • Monthly treats, dress-down Fridays, and regular team events
