As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you'll be responsible for: - Managing leads through various channels.
- Delivering excellent customer service by evaluating customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Observing regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meeting and striving to exceed agreed service levels and targets.
- Working in accordance with the company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.
Package and Benefits:The Trainee Mortgage Advisor role comes with an attractive package, including: - Basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 depending on CeMAP qualification.
- OTE potential of £50,000, with typical earnings around £41,000.

For the Trainee Mortgage Advisor position, our client is looking for: - CeMAP qualification or part qualification, or a commitment to study and gain the qualification (training packages provided).
- At least 12 months experience in an advised sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving key objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Manchester City Centre at least three days per week.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
