ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse manager to join a global supplier of niche solutions on a permanent basis.

The Warehouse Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, whilst ensuring health and safety criteria is met for all employees.


The Role:

* Managing, storage and despatch of goods.
* Manage all warehouse/logistic project needs throughout the business.
* Set and manage daily KPI against business needs.
* Ensure Health & Safety, employment, Export and promotion adhere too.
* Ensure annual appraisal and keep up to date. training needs
* Regular team meetings to discuss improvement with the team and implement.
* Overseeing the planned maintenance of equipment/machinery.
* Experience within managing warehouse operations, leading and developing teams.


Requirements:

* Comfortable leading and developing teams.
* Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvement initiative
* Education in administrative or business subject preferable.
* Interconnect product experience.
* Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
* Confident in making data driven decision
* Must be bale to identify risk and implement new procedures.
