Key Account Manager - Flooring & Precast Concrete

We're looking for a driven Key Account Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturer of Precast Flooring & Concrete products, leading regional sales across flooring and precast concrete products. You'll build on strong relationships with Developers, Groundworkers, and key construction stakeholders, while identifying new opportunities and delivering outstanding commercial results.

What you'll do:

* Deliver a high‑impact regional sales strategy

* Hit sales & profit targets across key categories

* Manage and grow relationships with National Developers & Groundworkers

* Identify upselling, cross‑selling and new business opportunities

* Collaborate across teams to drive group-wide growth

* Attend industry events and contribute to forecasting reports

What you'll bring:

* Strong contacts in the housing developer market ( precast flooring experience ideal)

* Precast concrete product knowledge

* Excellent communication, negotiation & key account management skills

* Analytical, organised, customer‑focused, commercially driven

* Confident driving change and improvement
