About the Role:As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will be supporting experienced financial planners in delivering high-quality financial advice to clients. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in finance, strong attention to detail, and a desire to develop their skills in financial planning and paraplanning.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with preparing financial reports and recommendations
• Conduct research and analysis on various financial products and markets
• Support the planning team with client documentation and regulatory compliance
• Learn to draft clear and concise financial plans under supervision
• Gain hands-on experience and industry knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in finance and financial planning
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ideally, some experience or qualifications in finance (AAT, CeMAP, or working towards CII qualifications) - but not essential
